Holes and tears caused by sharp objects or moths, as well as uneven wear, can usually be repaired invisibly. Our service team repairs all types of rugs – from low-pile and high-pile to wool and silk rugs, bamboo, sisal, and even synthetic fiber rugs. Whether minor or extensive, fringe or edge restoration – all repairs are completed quickly and professionally so your rug looks like new again.
Rug Repair Made Easy
If your rug needs repair, simply email a photo of the damaged area to mail@morgenland-teppiche.de. We’ll process your request promptly and provide a no-obligation cost estimate. Once approved, our shipping partner will collect the rug from your home. After successful repair, it will be returned to you. Our repair service is available throughout Germany and Europe.
Local Pickup Service
Within a 50 km radius, we offer free home pickup. After thorough cleaning, your rug will be delivered back to your address at no additional cost.
Your Rug Is in the Best Hands
Nationwide, we organize rug collection via our shipping partner directly from your location. Once the order is placed, you’ll receive packaging instructions. A flat fee of €19.90 applies for pickup and return shipping within Germany – international service available upon request.
