Want to return your order? You have 31 days from the date of receipt to register your return. After registering your return, you have 14 days to send the item back.

Online Returns
- Send an email with your order number to mail@morgenland-teppiche.de
- You will then receive your return label via email
- Pack your rug securely and attach the return label to the package
- Drop off the package and keep the tracking number safe
- Once the return is received, we aim to process your refund within 14 days. Please keep the return receipt until you’ve received your refund.
Return at Your Own Cost
- You may also choose to return the item at your own expense via a carrier of your choice.

Return Costs
Return shipping fees by size
- Rugs 0cm to 150cm: €7.95. Each additional rug (0–150cm) costs an extra €7.95.
- Rugs 150cm to 300cm: €14.95. Each additional rug (150–300cm) costs an extra €14.95.
Please note: these return costs apply to shipments within Germany and Austria.
*These return fees also apply to blankets, hides, and all other items.
Return Conditions
Once you receive your order, you may inspect the item as you would in a store. If you wish to return a product, you have 30 days from receipt to register your return. For a full refund, the item must be returned in its original and undamaged condition. The packaging must be securely sealed to prevent damage or contamination.
Anti-slip mats that have been completely removed from their packaging cannot be returned.
The following products are excluded from return:
- Products received more than 30 days ago
- Products without original packaging
- Custom-made products
- Products that are damaged, used, or incomplete
- Anti-slip mats with packaging fully removed
Return Instructions

- Pack your item properly and attach the return label
- Drop off the package and monitor the tracking
- Once the return is received, we aim to process your refund within 14 days. Keep the return receipt until the refund is completed.
Returning Large Rugs
Once received, you can inspect the item as you would in-store. If you'd like to return it, you have 30 days to register the return and 14 days after that to send the item back.
